BeschreibungBonus für KooptationNein Au sein du Pôle Factory, vous serez responsable de la gestion des projets de développement et d'évolutions sur SAP FI-CO-TR et sur les outils RH. Pour ce faire, vous piloterez, coordonnerez et assurerez le suivi des projets et des évolutions, de l'analyse à la mise en production en passant par la conception, la mise en œuvre, la recette, l'industrialisation et la documentation.
Plus précisément, vos missions seront les suivantes : 1) Cadrage, définition et priorisation des besoins • Animer et organiser des ateliers avec le métier, • Proposer des solutions adaptées, innovantes, uniformisées et en adéquation avec l'écosystème et la stratégie SI Truffaut, • Analyser, optimiser et concevoir les process, les règles de gestion, les interfaces et les applications des projets et des évolutions demandés par le métier, • Rédiger les spécifications fonctionnelles et les cahiers des charges, • Etudier la faisabilité, évaluer le chiffrage et proposer des plannings de réalisation. 2) Pilotage, coordination et suivi des projets • Définir le planning et les tâches pour chaque projet, • Réaliser ou coordonner les développements, le paramétrage, la recette, la mise en production et la validation après déploiement, • Assurer le suivi des projets et des évolutions en utilisant les outils de gestion de projet et de PMO. 3) Accompagnement et support aux utilisateurs • Accompagner la Responsable du Change Management SI dans la formation et la montée en compétences des utilisateurs, • Assurer le support, la maintenance applicative et corrective de niveau 3 avec le service Assistance, • Répondre aux sollicitations des équipes internes, • Être un back-up sur les autres modules SAP SD et MM. 4) Suivi et développement de votre activité • Synthétiser et présenter un bilan d'activité à votre Responsable de manière hebdomadaire, • Assurer une veille technologique dans son domaine fonctionnel, • Être force de proposition sur les évolutions et la stratégie de votre périmètre. Profil recherché Issu·e d'une formation de niveau Bac+5 dans le domaine informatique, vous justifiez de 5 ans d'expérience minimum sur SAP (développement, paramétrage, gestion de projets) et avez eu l'occasion d'utiliser S/4HANA (projet de migration ou gestion des évolutions). Vous disposez par ailleurs d'une bonne connaissance des domaines fonctionnels comptabilité, contrôle de gestion, trésorerie et ressources humaines afin de comprendre les tenants et les aboutissants des demandes et de bien les prioriser. Vous avez un bon relationnel, êtes à l'écoute, aimez travailler en équipe et en transverse et disposez de capacité de coordination. Rigoureux·se, méthodique et organisé·e, vous avez un sens développé de l'analyse et de la synthèse. Autonome, vous êtes aussi proactif·ve et et êtes force de proposition.
