DescriptionPrime de cooptationNon Whitehall Resources are looking for an SAP SuccessFactors ESM Consultant. This will be fully remote working for an initial 3-6-month contract.
Job Description: We are looking for a consultant with hands-on experience in Enterprise Service Management (ESM), particularly in environments where ESM integrates with SAP SuccessFactors. Key Responsibilities: Manage and support the Enterprise Service Management (ESM) platform. Work on the integration between ESM and SAP SuccessFactors. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ESM workflows and integrations. Collaborate with HR and technical teams to ensure seamless service management processes. Support system enhancements, testing, and documentation. Required Skills: Experience with Enterprise Service Management (ESM) tools. Knowledge of ESM integration with SAP SuccessFactors. Strong troubleshooting and communication skills. Experience in supporting HR service management processes is an added advantage. |
